  AUTH MODEL
  ----------
  - Page opens freely — no auth gate on load

  - 30-day inactivity timeout configured in Supabase dashboard (not in code)
  - Sign Out: manual only via nav dropdown → navLogOut() in cpbp-auth.js

  KEY DESIGN DECISIONS
  --------------------
  1. initDateTime() pre-fills today + Now() on fresh load. Time ticks live (SS visible).
     Poll goes live the moment author publishes — no buffer to debate.
     Author who wants a future schedule simply picks a date/time manually.
     Manually set time: static HH:MM. Live clock: HH:MM:SS ticking.
     Live clock also restarts (Trigger 2) if author's set time becomes stale.

  2. Schedule hint is ONE div — text + color swapped by _updateScheduleHint().
     2 states only (A1: draft toggle ON, A4: live clock ticking).
     All other valid schedule states show empty hint — nothing to say.

  3. Material Symbols Rounded (FILL=1, wght=400) throughout.
     Old Material Icons library NOT used anywhere on this page.

  4. Nav entirely owned by cpbp-nav.js — zero nav HTML in this file.
     cpbpNavConfig tells nav which pill buttons to show when signed in.

  5. Page background: #f8f9fa (std_design.md standard — matches Workspace visual language).

  6. All 4 footer buttons start inactive. updateFooterButtons() drives state.
     Inactive = opacity 0.4 only. Never hidden, never color-changed.

  7. _inFlight Map guards all 4 footer buttons against double-click.
     Save + Publish additionally guarded during async Cloudflare Worker call.

  8. poll_id generated SERVER-SIDE by Cloudflare Worker — not in browser.
     Browser receives poll_id in Worker response after successful publish.
